Southeastern Women's Prayer Summit

Prayer Summits have profound power to transform not only the spiritual culture of individuals, but of entire groups of people. This will be a time of sharing, praising, glorifying, and experiencing the joy of the Lord. Grab your friends and come be refreshed, encouraged, and grow in intimacy with our Lord!

The agenda will be established by Christ as we worship, glorify, and enjoy Him through singing, Scripture reading, and prayer.

All Tickets include all summit sessions, a welcome reception with light appetizers on Friday, continental breakfast for Saturday and Sunday, lunch and dinner on Saturday. This year there are several options for lodging to chose from- you will purchase your ticketed based on lodging preferences.

Prayer Facilitator: Alice Moss

Alice Moss is a Bible teacher, retreat speaker, workshop leader, and worship-based prayer facilitator.  She has a unique ability to reach women with her genuine, enthusiastic love for Jesus.  She offers wise Biblical counsel to women based on a mature and clear understanding of God’s Word.

We will be staying in these beautiful lodges on site; the Bear Lodge, Firefly Lodge, Deer Lodge as well as Elk Lodge! See links for more details on each lodge. We also have three private cabins available on a first come, first serve basis: Blue Spruce (1 bedroom with a King, 1 bath);  Cedar Cove (2 Bedroom with a queen bed in each and 1 bath); Hemlock (2 bedroom/2 bath: one room with a queen, and one room with 2 queens ). - if you are interested, please email Mary Wegman at holdfastllc1023@gmail.com for pricing and availability. Bed linens and towels will be provided. No need to bring your own.

FAQ'S

Can I attend only part of the event?

We highly discourage attending only part of this event. We want to give the Lord the entire weekend to do his work and speak to our hearts. Also, the ticket price is for the entire weekend.

What should you bring to the prayer summit?

A Bible, a journal, a mat or rug if you often kneel with worship, your favorite portable coffee mug or water bottle, comfortable clothing, a sweater or jacket for mountain air, and a swimsuit if you want to use the hot tubs!

Can I get a refund?

We understand that things happen that could change your availability to attend. We are a small group taking a big leap of faith every year to rent this beautiful facility and plan for the food.

Commuter Tickets: Commuter tickets (Events Only) may be canceled through October 16th for a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to holdfast1023llc@gmail.com.   No refunds available after October 16th.

On-Property Registration (Lodging + Event): Cancellations made on or before September 25th will receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to holdfast1023llc@gmail.com

Cancellations made after September 25th and through October 16th are eligible for a refund of the registration portion only (less a 10% processing fee).

The lodging portion is non-refundable after September 25th. However, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another attendee if you are unable to attend. All transfers must be coordinated with event organizers in advance.  No refunds of any kind are available after October 16th. All approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.
